SATELLITE GROUND RECEIVING STATION (SAGRES)

The SAGRES is using the most modern equipment and software available today. The station has extensive capabilities to acquire data from today's Earth Resource satellites. A complete ground station system provides data acquisition, data archiving, full data processing and product generation.

As it is modular designed it can be easily upgraded to support other satellites, easily upgradable to support future missions

The antenna frequency range of operation is extensive and covers the Remote Sensing X-Band, Meteorological L-Band, Telemetry S-Band and Ku Band. SAGRES antenna and control systems can be scheduled for automatic acquisition of supported satellites operating in the L, S, X and Ku bands. System allows hands-off automatic satellite acquisition, tracking and data storage.

Open 2000 software, used in the SAGRES station, formats raw satellite data, applies radiometric and geometric corrections and generates images for analysis.

Image products can be generated in hardcopy at photo quality color prints or distributed to customers as computer readable CDs or Tapes.
